As every number plate is custom-made, orders cannot be refunded or exchanged unless:
- We have manufactured the plate incorrectly.
- The product is faulty.
- If an error has been made by Zeds Plates, we will replace the item free of charge.
- If you entered the wrong registration during ordering, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any issues.
Legal Requirements
To purchase road-legal number plates, UK law requires customers to provide proof of identity and proof of entitlement to the registration number. Zeds Plates is committed to complying with all applicable DVLA regulations. We reserve the right to refuse any order where the required documentation cannot be provided.
